Original Troy model ice cream aisle. Heated and tempered double front and side windows.
COOLING
There are 2 compressors (16G and above) inside the polyurethane monolithic case providing full insulation, 2 separate cooling systems; In case of failure of one of the compressors, it saves time for you, the end users, to intervene in the ice creams. Heated and tempered double front and side windows ensure that the viewing angle is not adversely affected by changing outside weather conditions.
CAKE OPTION OF TROY MODELS
It is designed for cake and chocolate presentation of Troy series models. Base+ two and one shelf options are available.
It is produced separately for cake, chocolate or milk desserts, according to preference, to provide appropriate temperature and humidity conditions.
