The most efficient blowing and ideal humidification for your cake and chocolate products. There is no gap between production quality and connections. Thanks to its inner casing made of polyurethane and its special glasses, it creates a complete insulation between the outside air and your products, and does not form a moisture accumulation on the glass surface.
